You can use the tools without an account. The current care report keeps your entries in the open tab until you choose to copy, download, or print them.

Calculator inputs and visit notes
Calculations run in your browser. The current care-report form uses the pet details, dated observations, medication history, and questions you enter to prepare a local document. It does not automatically send those entries to PetGrit or save a new report history on our servers.
These notes stay in the current tab while you work. Refreshing or leaving the page can lose unsaved entries. Copying places the selected report text on your clipboard; downloading saves a file to your device. Printing uses your browser and the printer or save destination you choose. Anyone you share an exported file with can read its contents.
Your browser may retain form entries through autofill or session restoration, depending on its settings. This is separate from PetGrit saving a report.
Data from earlier care-report versions
Earlier versions could save a care snapshot, completed checklist steps, and unsent email requests in this browser's local storage. The care report's Clear form and saved care data control removes those PetGrit care-report entries from this browser. It cannot remove files you downloaded, clipboard contents, messages you sent, or records on another device.
If you previously chose to email a report, your email address and report details were submitted to PetGrit for storage and possible delivery through the configured email provider. That is separate from simply using a calculator. The current care-report form offers local copy, download, and print options. Contact us about an earlier email request or stored record.
Optional email requests
Newsletter and data-update forms send the email address and the form's stated context, such as the tool and dataset version. PetGrit can store the request using Cloudflare storage. Newsletter requests may also be forwarded to an email service when configured. These are optional; entering notes into the current care-report form does not subscribe you.
A saved update request does not mean an email has been sent or that automated delivery is active. Check the message beside the form for its current status. Avoid putting medical records into a newsletter or website-correction message.
Website visits
Cloudflare serves the site and may process request information such as your IP address, URL, browser information, and time of visit for delivery and security. We may use aggregate website analytics. This is separate from the calculator's local input processing; we do not intentionally include care-report form entries in analytics events.
Information placed in a URL can appear in browser history or server logs. Avoid adding private care details to a page address. Following an external reference or product link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.
Contact and data requests
Email info@petgrit.com with privacy questions or a request concerning information you previously submitted. A message to this address shares its contents with us and the email providers involved. Please send only the information needed to identify your request.
