Hawaii has strict rabies quarantine laws — all pets entering Hawaii must complete the state's 5-day-or-less rabies quarantine program or face up to 120 days quarantine. Pets must meet Hawaii's Department of Agriculture requirements. Brachycephalic breeds may face cargo restrictions.
